  • Technical Program Manager for key IT special projects under churn program umbrella. Tracked and managed timelines, project budgets, and risks/issues. Led requirement discovery through solutioning and delivery.
  • Managed new business development, from scoping/estimation to pricing to contracting.

Major MSO, US: MSO sought to deploy IMS capability and required technical program management and implementation assistance. Responsible for:

  • Delivery of key use case and sequence diagram documentation prior to development initiation.

  • Drove evaluation of test automation opportunities for regression test and data validation activities.

Tier 1 Wireless Carrier, US: Led the test planning and execution efforts for a new consumer product that combined CDMA and WiFi technology in a single device, leveraging carrier IMS network. Responsibilities as technical PMO lead included:

  • Executing SIP packet captures with Ethereal software to confirm call signaling.
  • Driving implementation of new network infrastructure (ISCP & Service Agents).
  • Managing hw/sw certification efforts, spanning 6 vendors and 8+ internal groups.

Tier 1 Wireless Carrier, US: This tier 1 wireless carrier was deploying a converged service, which tied a user’s wireless phone and office VoIP phone together with a shared voicemail box, four digit extension dialing from the wireless phone, and simultaneous ringing. Responsible for:

  • Planning and Executing the Test & Acceptance phase, which involved vendor equipment delivery, installation procedures, service turn-up, and initial unit and acceptance testing.
  • Managing the SBC, HSS, and CSCF vendor installation processes and issue resolution.
  • Developing a comprehensive operational and functional test plans.
  • Leading end-to-end call-through test execution in over 80 markets and executive status reporting
